Avocado & prawn wrap


Ingredients
• 1 Kingsmill 50/50 Wrap
• 1 pinch of black pepper
• ½ avocado, sliced
• 1 handful of cooked king prawns

Makes 1 wrap

Place the avocado slices on the centre
of the wrap, then sprinkle with the
black pepper. Layer over the prawns,
then roll up the wrap, cut in half and
tuck in.

TIP

As a treat, why not try adding some
mayonnaise to Jo’s wrap recipe?
