sea salt foot bath


An old proverb, 'Be kind to your feet, you walk on them all day.' This foot bath is very relaxing, while stimulating blood and energy flow, warming you. Strengthens weakened kidney function and very helpful for insomnia. Best done just before sleeping.

Ingredients


  • 2 gallons water
  • 1 handful  Sea Salt




Instructions :

Place the handful of sea salt in a basin or foot bath pan. Add enough hot water to cover the ankles. Immerse your feet into the water and relax for 4 to 5 minutes at least.
