yoga for boobs!!!

Yes, that's right, the boob's yoga.
There are many ways to make your breasts larger naturally. One of these ways is yoga.
here is some yoga postures.




1/ Utrasana (also known as Camel Pose)
Practicing this yoga pose can help you make your breasts larger. Here are the steps to practice this yoga pose.

  • Sit on your knees. Then, hold right ankle with your right hand and left ankle with left hand.
  • After this, push your butt forward and elevate your body on knees.
  • Stretch in backward direction as far as you can and keep your head tilted back too.

2/ Bhujangasana (also known as Cobra Pose)
This is another highly effective yoga pose that can help you increase the size of your breasts. This pose
strengthens the pectoral muscles. Here are the directions

  • Lie on your stomach and keep your hands close to your chest.
  • Keep your legs together.
  • Then, lift your upper body up till belly button and hold this position for a few seconds.


3/ Gomukhasana (also Cow Face Pose)
This yoga pose can help you get larger breasts by working on your pectoral muscles. It is also good for your spine and body posture. Here are the steps for this yoga pose.

  • Sit in staff pose and bend your knees.
  • Then, put your feet on the floor and slide left foot under the right knee and make sure it is pointing outside of the right hip.
  • Then, cross your legs over the left side, making a position where your right knee stacks on the top of the left. Position your right foot to the outside of left hip.
  • Inhale and stretch and rotate your right arm inwardly.
  • Make sure it is facing the floor and your palm to the ceiling. Bring it to the center of your back.
  • Bend your left elbow and bring your left hand down the center of your back where you have brought your right hand. Hold your hands behind your back in the center.
  • Draw both left and right elbows toward the center of your back
